Moli de les Pereres is a restored water mill dating back to 1800, with a capacity for up to 16 people, located near the picturesque Jardín de Santos (Penaguila).
The location of our house will allow you to enjoy a holiday alone or an evening with the whole family in this little paradise. Access is from the village of Penaguila or Benasau along an asphalt road, down to the Penaguila River where our house is located.

You can buy and plant a tree in our garden. We will make a wooden plaque with the name of your family or group of friends to make it a nice memorable souvenir. Approximate price of the tree €80-100.

Salmon
Do not hesitate to ask us to prepare our exquisite smoked salmon, an authentic delight that you must try. Normally the salmon weighs 3-3.5 kg and is enough for a group of 10 people. Price per kg €18
